These are from the High West Distillery. Contrary to popular belief there is much alcohol consumption in the state of Utah. They had great food and whiskey and local beer at the High West Distillery. I had a great time walking around Park City and looking at the old buildings and houses from it’s days as an old west mining town. Now named for the Ute tribe of Native Americans, the Mormons first called the place they arrived in Deseret or the Kingdom of Deseret.
